These terms apply to your use of this website. Installation work is covered by the written quote and agreement you receive before any job is booked; if anything here differs from that agreement, the agreement wins.
Information on this site
We keep the information on this site accurate, but descriptions, photos and price ranges are general. Photos are illustrations, not pictures of a specific customer's home. Your exact system and price are confirmed in writing at your consultation.
Requests and call-backs
Sending a request doesn't commit you to anything. We aim to call backusually within the hour, but can't guarantee a time.
Agreements made at your home
Agreements negotiated or signed at your home are direct agreements under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002. You may cancel one within 10 days of receiving your copy, without giving a reason.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site: no automated form submissions, attempts to break in, or content that isn't yours to send.
Liability
A security camera system helps you see and record what happens at your property. It is not a monitored alarm service and does not contact emergency services. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website.
