The three steps
Tell us about your place
Fill in the form or call. We'll ring you back, usually within the hour, ask a few quick questions and book a walk-through at a time that suits you, evenings and weekends included.
Free walk-through
About 45 minutes at your home. We plan every camera with you and leave you with an exact, written price. No pressure, no obligation.
Install day
Most homes are done in one day. You finish with every camera working, the app on your phones and a clear walkthrough of how to use it.
At the walk-through
This is where the system gets designed around your home, not a template.
- We walk the outside with you and talk through what you want to see and why
- We check your internet, your doorbell wiring and the best spot for the recorder
- We show you the app and real footage on our demo equipment
- You get a written quote with the exact price, plus HST, before anything is booked
On install day
Tidy, careful work, and nothing left half-finished.
- Cables run through the attic, basement or soffits and hidden wherever possible
- Every camera mounted, aimed and checked in daylight and night mode
- The doorbell and indoor chime installed and tested
- The app set up on every phone you want, with alerts tuned to you
- We clean up, then walk you through it until you're comfortable
Paying, and after install
- A deposit, then the balance on completionA deposit when you approve your quote, and the rest once everything is installed and working. e-Transfer or credit card.
- Ten days to change your mindAgreements signed at your home come with a 10-day cancellation period under Ontario law. We schedule installs after it, unless you ask us to come sooner.
- 2-year parts and labour warrantyIf anything we installed stops working, we come back and fix it.
- Help whenever you need itForgot how to download a clip? Need to add a family member? Call or text.
